The Belmopan Humane Society
(BHS) invites you to become a member and join others in the community in the efforts to control the growing numbers of unwanted stray animals. The BHS joins humane societies in other communities in their efforts to address this problem.

BHS is working on a mobile clinic and education center. This project involves the conversion of a bus, which will enable the
BHS volunteer team to conduct clinics in education and animal health in the greater Belmopan area. This unique idea is going
to take the place of a permanent facility until the funding for such a facility can be achieved.

The BHS is completely funded by its membership and private donations. We are seeking donations for proposed projects
such as low cost sterilization, free rabies shots, community education programs, and the development of a shelter facility in
Belmopan.

All contributions made to the BHS are used in efforts to promote the humane treatment of animals. The volunteers who support
and work with the society do so because of their love of animals and their wish to make our city a better place to live.

We would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Please feel free to pass this information on to anyone you feel may be
interested in supporting our efforts to promote the humane treatment of animals.
